How long is a growler of kombucha good for?
-Our Golden Age Kombucha has a shelf life of one year though the carbonation of a growler will be most fizzy anywhere from 5-10 days.
What happens if I go on a trip during my subscription?
- if you are unable to receive your kombucha share or will be out of town, you can either “pay it forward” and we will gift your kombucha to a friend of yours or you can get extra kombucha the following week. Optionally some people have gotten a little extra for a few following weeks to make up for it. Either way works for us. Just send us an email when you're going out of town to let us know.
What do I do with my growler after I finish drinking my kombucha?
-We operate on a bottle return system. Please leave your bottles outside your home during pick up. After your last kombucha drink, when you finish your growler, please give your growler a quick rinse with water so funky yeast doesn’t grow inside the bottle (making it harder to reuse). All of our growlers and growlettes are washed, sanitized, and reused but that little rinse goes a long ways to help our reusability process. If you aren’t finished with your last drop before we deliver to you, that’s okay too! We will get your growlette on the next delivery.
How do I get extra perks?
-For every referral you bring to us, you get an additional growlette. Tell your friend to mention you when they order and you’ll get a free growlette. You also get a free growlette on your birthday.
How do I pick my VIP flavors?
-When you sign up for your subscription, we will send you a survey with a list of flavors you can choose from. If you forget to select your flavors for the week, we will select flavors for you based on your flavor preferences.
